CONTRACT ADDRESS

No contract exists yet. When it does, the CA will appear here and on X — nowhere else. Anything else claiming to be is not us.

The rare wheel — 8 RARE · 4 SSR · 1 JACKPOT, all inside the machine
The guarantees

Nothing to snipe. Nothing to rug.
Luck with a floor.

01

Constant odds

Spins never sell out and the odds never decay. The 1,000th crank faces exactly the same machine as the first. No cheap block — nothing to snipe.

02

Provably random

Every pull settles from verifiable randomness (Switchboard VRF). The result doesn't exist until after you commit — nobody can peek, grind or front-run it. Including us.

03

Pity floor

Pure luck makes lonely bags, so luck gets a floor: every 10th pull is guaranteed RARE or better. The one guarantee no other machine gives you.

04

Graduation → LP burned

At the raise threshold the machine closes, proceeds seed the pool, and the LP is burned on-chain. No key can pull it. Not a promise — an invariant.

Ø

No pre-mint, ever

Nothing exists before the crowd shows up. Winners mint on claim; team and LP mint at graduation, proportional to what was actually pulled — fixed percentages, never fixed amounts. There is no insider stash to dump, because the insiders' share only exists if you played.

DRAFT SPEC v0.3 · PARAMETERS FINAL AT DEPLOYMENT · NOTHING IS DEPLOYED UNTIL THE CA IS POSTED ON THIS PAGE

The protocol

Deposit anything.
Pull blind. Earn the edge.

IN

Deposit

A machine is loaded by deposits. Tokens, NFTs, whatever its curator accepts — each one sealed into an identical capsule. Nobody knows which capsule is which. Including us.

OUT

Pull

One price per pull, always. The machine hands you a random capsule from the pool. The dome shows how many are left — that is all the information anyone gets.

FEE

Earn

Depositors take a cut of every pull on their machine. The house edge doesn't go to a house — it goes to the people who filled the dome.

N+1

Permissionless machines

Anyone can deploy one. Your capsule pool, your price, your odds — published before the machine opens. CRANK is the protocol underneath: sealed draws, pity floors, fee routing. When someone builds a game on top of your machine, the whole loop compounds. Machines all the way down.

The first machine

The Genesis 40

27 COMMON · 8 RARE · 4 SSR · 1 JACKPOT

Forty capsules sealed for the genesis machine — the collection the dome above dispenses. Tap a card to flip it. Original CRANK artwork, nothing minted yet: the set goes on-chain when the first machine opens, and the machine above is a simulation of exactly that.

Why speed loses

Block 0 and block 900
pull from the same odds.

Bonding curve the old way

block 0bots sweep the cheap end
block 1 — insiders fill the mid-curve
block 2+ — you arrive. you are the exit.

The crank this way

block 0 — same price, same odds
block 900 — same price, same odds
any block — the machine decides. not the mempool.
Draft odds

The capsule table

TierProbabilityAllocation band

Draft parameters for the genesis machine — not live data. Token machines run constant odds forever: the tiers keep the same probability on every spin, and the jackpot is never "used up". Final parameters are published before any machine opens, and every draw settles from verifiable randomness.
